It depends on whether the door is stuck open or stuck shut, and whether you can get a car in or out. A door stuck shut with a spring failure is urgent for most households; a door stuck open is a security issue. Either way, call and tell us which one you've got so we know what to bring.
Do you repair openers or just sell new ones?
We repair openers when the fix makes sense, bad circuit board, worn gear, failed sensor, and we'll say plainly when a unit's old enough that replacement is the smarter money. We're not going to talk you into a new opener if yours can still be fixed.
Why does my spring keep breaking every couple years?
